Data by Location

The Minnesota Department of Health collects data across a variety of geographic levels.

Use this tool to view and download the most recently available data for specific locations. To view historical data, please visit the 'Download the Data' page within each data topic.

Note that not all datasets are available at every geographic level. To protect individual privacy and ensure reliable estimates, some data may be marked as 'Unstable', 'Suppressed', or fully unavailable when there are small counts (e.g., when there are not many cases of a disease). Please visit the 'About the Data' tab within each data topic to learn more about data collection and suppression.

Need to look up a Census Tract ID? Search for an address using the FFIEC Geocoding Tool. To match the Census Tract ID used in our data, combine the State Code + County Code + Tract Code. For example, if the State Code is 27, the County Code is 123, and the Tract Code is 0428.00, the Census Tract ID is 27123042800.
